Gen Yers and Baby Boomers may be two generations apart, but they have more in common than you may think.  Together these two demographic groups will drive the multi-family industry for the foreseeable future.  Todd Harff served among a panel of industry experts at the 2013 International Builders' Show to explore the successful strategies for attracting and keeping these two segments through the use of social media.
