The Situation

Central Parke wanted to build a brand highlighting its carefree lifestyle by focusing on its extensive community amenities, stylish home designs and maintenance programs that make living easy and fun.

A key component of strengthening the Central Parke brand was to create distinct and memorable identities for each of their active adult communities, situated in diverse locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic. By doing so, we emphasized the variety of community options and locations available — from the Maryland beaches, to new suburban communities in Virginia and Maryland, to the Washington, D.C. region — to highlight the unique benefits of each property under the Central Parke banner.

The Solution

Addressing all of Central Parke’s needs and expectations required utilizing a broad spectrum of Creating Results' capabilities: logo development, web design, print advertising, direct mail, sales center design and more. To ensure smooth integration among all these components we focused on their key messaging: 

Central Parke 55+ Resort Communities offer a multitude of enticing amenities and exciting activities, in convenient and desirable locations near family and friends.

The first step was building the Central Parke brand. A playful dancing figure was introduced in their new identity as an enhancement to convey the fun-filled life in store for residents. 

With a strong new brand in place, we developed a plan to market the individual Central Parke communities, threading their new brand throughout all their materials, including advertising, signage, displays, web and promotional items.

The Results

The new branding for Central Parke's amenity-rich communities has earned them national awards, including “Best Active-Adult Community” and “Best Clubhouse.” See Awards section below for more information.
