Providence, RI – [February 6, 2013]Creating Results, Inc., a leader in marketing senior living, has been honored with a total of five “Best of 50+ Housing Awards” in the National Association of Home Builders’ 2013 competition. The awards were collected by Creating Results [http://www.Creatingresults.com] on January 23 for work in collaboration with continuing care retirement community (CCRC) client North Hill and 50-plus housing developer Traditions of America. The prestigious honors include Gold for Best Online Marketing Strategy, Gold and Silver for Best Sales/Marketing Events, and Silver for Best Brochure and Best Integrated Marketing Strategy.

“The 50+ Housing awards highlight the best-of-the-best in marketing active lifestyle communities to baby boomers and seniors,” said Todd Harff. “It’s an honor for our team to be recognized for creativity, strategy and commitment to clients.”

Harff noted that each of the marketing initiatives entered was founded on a deep understanding of older homebuyers. Creating Results conducts proprietary research on an ongoing basis and the insights are applied to client programs such as those for Traditions and North Hill.

“In order to be successful, you have to really know your targets as far more than an age group or zip code,” Harff said. “This deeper understanding allows us to create something far more important than awards: we created leads for our clients.”

For example, the Integrated Marketing program developed and implemented by Creating Results for North Hill increased the number of leads per month by 270%. It also spurred a significant number of deposits and move-ins to the CCRC. Traditions had a banner sales year in 2012, and leads generated last year helped to make this January its most successful January in six years.
