Ellen, a senior housing professional with nearly two decades of experience with continuing care retirement communities, assisted living facilities and rehab/subacute operations. The move was prompted by the agency’s continued growth of its senior living client list. In recent months, Creating Results has been selected to conduct integrated marketing, advertising and web programs for Willow Valley Retirement Communities’ supportive living homes, to implement an online/offline effort targeting adult children and a new website on behalf of Westminster at Lake Ridge, and to launch a new senior rental community for First Centrum.
Senior Housing Professional Andrea Ellen Joins Creating Results
Ms. Ellen has served the senior housing industry as both a consultant and in corporate marketing. Her achievements include directing the marketing operation for Benchmark Assisted Living for the acquisition of three portfolios across six states. Ms. Ellen is highly experienced with both acquisition and turn-around of multi-site retirement communities and nursing homes.

New Business: Assisted Living and Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Senior Rentals
The addition of Ms. Ellen provides Creating Results with additional resources to serve its growing list of senior housing clients. Willow Valley Retirement Communities (Lancaster, PA), the nation’s third largest destination community, selected the agency to market its independent living communities in 2008. This year, Willow Valley’s supportive living (also known as assisted living) communities tapped Creating Results to provide advertising services and communications strategy.
Westminster at Lake Ridge, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in the Washington, DC area, also expanded the scope of the agency’s work. Creating Results will design and implement an integrated online/offline effort aimed at adult children. The initiative involves direct mail, pay-per-click advertising/search engine marketing (SEM), videos and a virtual tour.
First Centrum, a developer and operator of tax credit and market rate senior rental and active adult communities also tapped the agency for its expertise in marketing to Baby Boomers and seniors to launch a new senior rental division, Verena Lifestyle. The first community opened in Richmond in 2009 and the second, Verena at the Reserve opened in Williamsburg this year.
