Judy Harff

Agency founder and Chief Executive Officer Judy Harff is responsible for Creating Results’ consistent achievement of its goal: to help clients effectively and successfully market their lifestyle products and services.

Her early career began at what was the largest Williams-Sonoma store in Virginia, where she was responsible for sales, recruitment, merchandising and marketing. She was recognized for her leadership and staff development skills with a national award from the company as Williams-Sonoma's Manager of the Year.

After several years, Judy started her own graphic design company, A Bolder Image, in 1993. From an initial emphasis on logo design and corporate ID programs, A Bolder Image soon started designing brochures, ads, directories, and displays for its clients. By the time A Bolder Image‘s name was changed to “Creating Results” in 2001, Judy was designing award-winning comprehensive marketing and advertising materials for clients in five states, publishing three directories, and providing leadership critical to the company’s success and growth. 

Flexible and innovative, Judy has served as Art Director, Creative Director, focus group and research leader, Human Resources Manager and more. She now works with the agency’s president and CFO to oversee day-to-day operations, corporate culture and agency strategy. Judy regularly takes responsibility for special projects.

Judy’s passion for supporting future leaders has led to leadership roles of her own within school and community groups. She has been a Girl Scout troop leader for eight years and was recognized as the Outstanding Leader of the Year.
