In 1993, Todd Harff was a VP of Marketing frustrated with hiring (and firing) marketing agencies that spent more time on "big ideas" than on meeting business goals. His wife, Judy, ran a successful boutique design agency. 

They got a big idea of their own: create a strategic marketing agency with a passion for customer service and a commitment to creating exceptional value for clients. And Creating Results was born.

Our agency has grown from a boutique firm to two offices. Our client list has grown, too, to include industry-leading continuing care retirement communities, travel destinations, financial and legal services providers and more.
