As Vice President of Client Services, Melissa leverages her account leadership experience to help clients achieve their marketing goals, acting as the lead point of contact while guiding internal teams to develop strategic plans and creative assets.
Prior to joining Creating Results, Melissa helped create and implement digital marketing strategies for some of the largest health care and financial institutions in the country. With a strong background in content development, she’s also created award-winning, multi-channel content for her clients.
In addition to her agency roles, Melissa worked as an editor for a NJ-based publisher, managing a rotating portfolio of books and academic journals from acquisition to print.
Melissa has a passion for digital marketing and a never-ending thirst for learning. In addition to her bachelor’s degree in English Literature, she’s also earned a master’s degree in Medical Humanities and completed training in web development and Adobe InDesign.
