Creating Results recently earned the Silver-Partner Certification from marketing automation provider, SharpSpring. To obtain the certification, two team members at a SharpSpring partner agency must complete the Agency Onboarding & Certification exams. We're proud to announce that Jessica Ruhle, Sales Specialist & Project Director, and Aaron Miles, Digital Media Manager, have both completed the requirements necessary for Creating Results to earn the silver-level certification.

The Silver-Partner Certification strengthens our position as marketing automation experts in the senior living and 55+ housing industries and grants us special perks with SharpSpring,including beta access to new features. “Well, why are they locking fees for three years?” Hulett asked. Prospective residents and their adult children could very well negatively pre-judge a community’s quality based on the fact that they’re offering a gimmick.

Additionally, prospective residents could assume that, if they live in the community for more than three years, their rent will increase exponentially.

“If my rates are locked in for three years, what happens in year four?” Hulett said. “Will there be a 10% increase?”

Beth Mickey Earns Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist Educational Designation

Beth Mickey of Creating Results is now a member of a select group of professionals nationwide who have earned the Certified Aging-in-Place (CAPS) designation. The CAPS designation indicates that Mickey, who is a Senior Client Services Director, has obtained the skills and knowledge necessary to remodel or modify a living space to meet the unique needs of the older population, disabled owners or their visitors.
