McKnight's Senior Living recently covered the hiring of Creating Results' newest team member, Emilie Williamson, who joined the agency as the Vice President of Selling Strategies in April 2018.

"Emilie Williamson has joined as Creating Results, a full-service strategic marketing consultancy with offices in the Mid-Atlantic and New England, as vice president of selling strategies.

Williamson brings almost two decades of strategic sales programming, regional sales management and business development to her new role, in which she will collaborate with client services to help clients achieve their sales goals."

“Well, why are they locking fees for three years?” Hulett asked. Prospective residents and their adult children could very well negatively pre-judge a community’s quality based on the fact that they’re offering a gimmick.

Additionally, prospective residents could assume that, if they live in the community for more than three years, their rent will increase exponentially.

“If my rates are locked in for three years, what happens in year four?” Hulett said. “Will there be a 10% increase?”

Beth Mickey Earns Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist Educational Designation

Beth Mickey of Creating Results is now a member of a select group of professionals nationwide who have earned the Certified Aging-in-Place (CAPS) designation. The CAPS designation indicates that Mickey, who is a Senior Client Services Director, has obtained the skills and knowledge necessary to remodel or modify a living space to meet the unique needs of the older population, disabled owners or their visitors.

Direct Mail by Creating Results Wins Best of 55+ Housing Gold Award

Strategic marketing agency Creating Results won the prestigious Best of 55+ Housing Gold Award for Best Direct Mail for Pinnacle at Adams, Butler County’s newest 55 and over community by Pennsylvania-based active adult housing developer, Traditions of America. After reviewing several entries, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) judged the direct mail piece, a self-mailing pocket brochure with inserts by Creating Results, to be the best in the nation.

In total, 19% of those who received the pocket brochure visited the Pinnacle at Adams microsite and organic visits to the site increased by 50% after the mailing. There were 200 individuals that attended one of the two information sessions, exceeding the goal of 150 by 25%. The pocket brochure played a key role in Pinnacle at Adams selling 30% of its community within 45 minutes of the first event.

Ben Foley of Survey Gizmo recently wrote a blog post detailing the methodology of Creating Results' national study, Social, Silver Surfers The study provides insights on the digital preferences of consumers age 40 and above and provides marketers with a better understanding of  how to better target to this demographic digitally.

Creating Results Vice President Melissa Caravella will moderate a lively panel of senior living marketing pros in a session called "Trading Places: Insider Insights From Marketing Experts" at the 2017 LeadingAge Annual Meeting & Expo.

The panel features six experts who have worked on both the agency and client sides of marketing:
