Creating Results collected three National Mature Media Awards for their revolutionary work with senior living industry clients. The Mature Market Resource Center (MMRC) awarded Creating Results a bronze award in Marketing Communications for their execution of a Traditions of America direct mail piece, as well as in Web-Based & Mobile Resources for their work on a new Traditions of America website. Creating Results also received a merit award in Publications for a brochure created for Florida-based continuing care retirement community (CCRC) Lutheran Haven.

Traditions of America is a leading developer of 55+ retirement living communities with a strong reputation for innovation and exceeding homebuyer expectations. Creating Results collaborated with the client to create a direct mail piece that would create awareness and interest for Pinnacle at Adams, Traditions of America’s newest type of 55+ community, and persuade recipients to attend one of two information sessions to learn more about the community. The bronze award-winning direct mail piece, which depicted life at Pinnacle at Adams and challenged recipients to chart their own path in the community, attracted 200 prospects to the two information sessions. This exceeded the campaign goal by 25 percent and resulted in 30 percent of Pinnacle at Adams being sold out within 45 minutes of the start of the first information session.
The re-design of Traditions of America website (www.traditionsofamerica.com) resulted in an additional bronze award for Creating Results. In order to ensure the Traditions of America’s online user experience matched the experience offline, the website was overhauled with a mobile-responsive design, a suite of new interactive features, new content and tools to guide users along the purchase journey. The overhaul has resulted in a more immersive experience for users, with hundreds of visitors creating personalized home plans, and a handful of prospects placing deposits with their printed out customized floor plans in hand.

The last award Creating Results accepted was a merit award for a tri-fold brochure designed for Lutheran Haven. The brochure introduces The Landings, an expansion to Lutheran Haven’s faith-centered community consisting of beautifully appointed villas. The brochure serves as a simple, yet cost-effective, trust-building piece that provides prospective residents with everything they need to know about Lutheran Haven’s newest offering as they tour the community.
