Senior Living Marketing and Sales Leader Kimberly Hulett Joins Creating Results as Executive Vice President

Woodbridge, VA – [February 11, 2016].  Creating Results, (www.creatingresults.com) a full-service strategic marketing consultancy with offices in the Mid-Atlantic and New England, has welcomed marketing leader Kimberly Hulett as Executive Vice President. Hulett brings more than a decade of experience and proven success in increasing sales for senior living organizations and will help Creating Results better meet the needs of its expanding client base.

“Kimberly Hulett has been a catalyst for growth for both for-profit and not-for-profit senior living,” said Creating Results’ President Todd Harff. “We are thrilled that our current and future clients can now benefit from her strategic insights into branding, culture transformation and sales/marketing alignment. In the senior living industry, Hulett has been a spark for transformation. She positioned the organizations she led for strategic growth while driving over $200 million of annual revenue and record profitability.

Hulett began working in the senior living industry as the Director of Community Relations for Sunrise Senior Living. She later served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Western Reserve Masonic Community before founding her own consulting firm that helped senior living organizations across the country improve the effectiveness of their sales and marketing efforts. Hulett’s early career featured a variety of experiences, including serving as a lobbyist on Capital Hill and managing markets for Steelcase (named one of the “world’s most admired companies” by Fortune Magazine).

Hulett most recently was Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Lifespace Communities, the seventh-largest not-for-profit senior living provider (per the LeadingAge Ziegler 150 list). In this role, she oversaw all aspects of the organization’s strategic marketing, sales and communications initiatives. Hulett’s strategic programs led to record high occupancy and 12 uniquely-positioned communities operating under a single recognized corporate brand across seven states.
