Creating Results team members will be featured presenters at the 2016 LeadingAge Annual Meeting in Indianapolis on Monday, October 31, from 8:30am to 10am.
Executive Vice President Kimberly Hulett and Director of Strategic Planning Erin Read will lead a session on "Insights Into the New World of Digital Marketing." They will unveil the results of the 2016 Social, Silver Surfers study and share marketing action items based on that new research.
Attendees will learn how older adults use the web to get information about 55+ and senior communities. What online tools influence their decisions? What are their priorities? What turns them on (or off) about your community website? The session includes data specific to the preferences of caregivers and move helpers vs. the mature movers themselves.
