TIPS FOR CAPTURING THE 50+ HOME BUYER

Mr. Harff, along with a panel of sales and marketing experts, will share their marketing experience and knowledge of the 50+ consumer and focus specifically on converting existing leads to sales.
“Given the current challenges posed by the housing market, it’s essential for home builders and their sales and marketing teams to focus on customer follow-up, especially with the 50+ buyer” according to Mr. Harff. “Our panel will address three areas: web/interactive, direct mail, and on-site events, all crucial to converting leads to sales.
