Leading Boomers / Seniors Marketing Agency Launches Survey on Attitudes Towards Websites and Social Media

Leading mature marketing agency Creating Results is launching the third edition of its one-of-a-kind national research project, Social, Silver Surfers (www.socialsilversurfers.com). First released in 2010 with a second edition in 2013, Social, Silver Surfers chronicles the changing attitudes of boomers and seniors towards websites and social media.

The Social, Silver Surfers 2016 national study includes two online surveys:

  • http://bit.ly/WebSSS16 - Questions related to website usability, pet peeves and favorite features.
  • http://bit.ly/SocSSS16 - Questions focused on social media attitudes, such as whether seniors, Baby Boomers and GenXers even want to connect with brands on social platforms.

The research includes specific questions for recent movers, reflecting the interests of those marketing senior living, 55+ housing and all-ages communities.

2015 LeadingAge Annual Meeting Boston, MA

Creating Results senior living marketing experts will be joined by industry leaders to share insights at the 2015 LeadingAge National Meeting in Boston, Mass. Team members also will offer resources for better results at our booth on the Expo floor.

There are three ways to connect with Creating Results at this year's conference:

  1. Todd Harff and Beth Spohn will be joined by Willow Valley Communities' Kim Nobbs to discuss "The End of Advertising, the Rise of Engagement." This session explores marketing trends and presents high-performing methods of prospect engagement, including experiential and online marketing. Monday, November 2 at 8:30 a.m.
  2. Beth Mickey and Erin Read will talk about challenges and benefits of using print and direct mail to market senior living communities. Attendees of "Aligning Print and Digital Marketing" will obtain practical tips to elevate the effectiveness of CCRC marketing tactics and improve ROI. Wednesday, November 4 at 12:00 p.m.
  3. Case studies and resources will be available at our booth, #708 -- stop by any time during Expo hours!

Agency Work for 55+ Housing Client Wins Five Best of 50+ Housing Awards from NAHB

Work done by Creating Results for client Traditions of America, a leading active adult developer, was recognized excellence during the 2015 National Association of Home Builders’ Best of 50+ Housing Awards. This included recognition for a brand-wide online marketing strategy that boosted sales at all eight Traditions of America communities across the state of Pennsylvania.

Todd Harff, President of Creating Results, joined Traditions of America leaders at the awards ceremony in Las Vegas on January 21 to collect a total of six awards on behalf of four Traditions of America locations. Five Gold Awards were for work by Creating Results.

"Developing a Mature Consumer Strategy" is part of a professional certificate for eldercare management, presented by E.L.D.E.R. through Lasell College Graduate and Professional Studies.
