Who We Are

As experts in generational marketing, we know a thing or two about how the story of one’s life is full of transitions and evolutions.

Our agency’s story began in 1993 when Todd Harff, a VP of marketing for a regional builder, got tired of hiring (and firing) marketing agencies that spent more time on “big ideas” than on business goals. With his wife Judy, a successful designer, they launched a big idea of their own:

A right-sized strategic marketing agency, staffed with talented leaders, dedicated to delighting clients and passionate about creating value for clients.

Creating Results has evolved since its birth more than two decades ago. After years of successfully supporting real estate clients, we took a great leap forward in the early 2000s, committing to an exclusive focus on marketing to baby boomers and seniors.

This 50+ marketing focus has given us the opportunity to partner with clients in senior living, travel, financial services and more.

Then, Creating Results evolved again in 2015 when Kimberly Hulett, a leader in senior living marketing and sales, joined the firm and in 2017 when she became President and our founders moved into advisory roles.

One thing never changes, no matter what the stage: a talented and experienced team generating leads, helping clients reach their marketing and sales goals.
