Vicki Shelton

As Vice President of Business Solutions at Creating Results, Vicki leverages her relationship-building prowess to evolve prospects into clients and collaborate with them to develop marketing strategies that are relevant to their unique needs and help them achieve their revenue goals. Her proven track record of maintaining and achieving sales benchmarks for profitability instills confidence in clients that they’ve chosen the right partner to move their organizations forward. The insights she gleans through conversations with clients are used to inform Creating Results team members of their needs so that they can plan and implement marketing tactics that exceed goals and have a lasting impact on each client’s community.

Vicki brings close to 25 years of experience in the senior living industry to the Creating Results team having worked in sales and marketing roles for independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and entry fee communities. Her journey in the senior living industry began when she joined Brookdale Senior Living as a District Marketing Director in 1996.

Since then, she’s spent the past 19 years in Sales Director, Business Development and Consulting roles for various health care and senior living industry organizations, including Senior Source Consulting Group, Trilogy Health Services, MissionPoint Health Partners, American Senior Communities and Five Star Senior Living. In these roles, she’s overseen sales and marketing efforts to build awareness and drive occupancy within each organization’s budgetary goals, as well as trained sales leaders to identify and nurture referral sources and qualified prospects.

Vicki graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor of science in community health education. She currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband and three daughters, all of whom are avid horseback riders.

Passion: Guiding clients to and educating them on services they didn’t know they needed until they see the positive impact those services have on their goals and results.
