Creating Results is Expanding our Senior Living Expertise; Strengthening our Client Service Team
It’s been seven months since I joined Creating Results, bringing with me 20 years of senior living marketing experience to the team. It’s about time I wrote a blog post!
I’ve chosen a topic close to my heart to share with the Mature Marketing Matters audience: creating a community of leaders.
Throughout my career in marketing and sales for senior living organizations my true passion has been creating cultures where every team member is empowered to be a leader.
While leaders in the C-suite are valuable, the organizations that thrive and push industries forward have leaders at every level. These are people who take ownership, improve processes, show up inspired and positive – they do their best work every day.
Initially my admiration of Creating Results was for the aspirational marketing programs motivating prospective residents to move to clients’ communities. Then, as I got to know the team, I was struck by the dedication of each team member who continuously seek creative solutions for their clients’ (and senior living’s) biggest challenges.
Expanding Our Community of Leaders
I’m excited to share how our team is continuing to grow and evolve so we can serve our clients with new and creative ways to motivate mature consumers – and to change the perception of aging.
Patrick will be an excellent resource for senior living communities looking to increase leads and occupancy as he spent 13 years leading successful sales and marketing teams at Masonic Health System of Massachusetts. Prior to MHS, Patrick was a leader at a marketing and PR agency that served the high-tech industry.
Patrick is passionate about cultivating prospect-centered sales teams who eagerly accomplish their goals. He is excited to be at Creating Results where he can combine his marketing agency experience with his true joy – serving seniors.

Isabella’s Client Superpower: Making invoicing a delight!
One of the unique things about working with Creating Results is our monthly variance reports. This detailed reporting shows where clients stand year-to-date in their marketing plans. This report helps the client services team see the big picture so they can make recommendations on maximizing the marketing plan.
Isabella takes her role in creating these reports seriously. She also seeks out ways to streamline and improve accounting processes.
Kelcey’s results-driven mindset pairs perfectly with monitoring and tracking ad performance in order to create better results on behalf of our clients.
Her impressive attention to detail and organization are already enhancing the media placement and coordination process. Adding Kelcey to our team has allowed our recently promoted Amanda Combs (now Director of Marketing Strategies) to dedicate more strategic time optimizing our clients’ online and offline marketing tactics.
Amanda is instrumental in leading our agency’s Google Partners™ certification status and is essential to strategic marketing plan development for all clients.
