Career Opportunity: Account Director – Remote Locations
Creating Results, a growing full-service strategic marketing and sales agency serving clients nationwide, is currently seeking a full-time Account Director to join the Account Services team. Creating Results works with clients who serve mature consumers, with a focus in senior living and 55+ real estate.

You are strategically minded, customer service-focused and detail-oriented. In addition to excelling in organization, you have an innate ability to anticipate the needs of a client, flawlessly execute and deliver above and beyond without putting timelines or budgets in jeopardy. You can effectively lead clients, present work and offer point-of-views that are persuasive, logical and draw from the business needs of the client to justify the work. This position requires a combination of marketing and a strategy mindset.
- Ability to clearly articulate and sell the business goal behind marketing tactics, both verbally and in writing, to a client and/or their leadership
- Ability to lead and motivate execution teams to produce initiatives on strategy, on time and on budget
- Experience in using marketing tactics to create a cohesive campaign that spurs action and draws an audience
- Business acumen to identify growth opportunities and drive organic growth for assigned accounts
- A passion for new technology and marketing tools
WHAT YOU WILL MAINLY DO
The Account Director plays a critical client leadership role within the agency, serving as the strategic steward of key client relationships and the connector between clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities of an Account Director, along with corresponding percentages of their time:
Client Relationship and Strategy (50%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining client satisfaction and engagement.
- Foster long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and aligning agency efforts with their success.
- Provide strategic recommendations and manage expectations to ensure smooth collaboration.
Campaign Management & Internal Collaboration (40%)
- Oversee the end-to-end executions of client campaigns including project timelines/schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all are executed efficiently and successfully.
- Guide clients to achieve campaign goals and maximum ROI by providing performance data and suggestions for optimizations or new initiatives.
- Keep agency leadership informed of the status of accounts, problems/solutions, and key meetings, pulling in SMEs as needed.
- Motivate and lead internal teams through clear communication and direction, ensuring that all teams are aligned on both internal and client expectations.
- Oversee, manage and approve account invoicing, ensuring alignment with campaign monthly forecasts in effort to achieve agency financial health.
Organic and New Business Growth (10%)
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services orexpanded scope.
- Support new business pitches and contribute to the agency’s overall growth
- Represent the agency at industry conferences and develop relationships with senior leadership at client and prospect organizations
- Leverage industry insights and client feedback to propose new marketing
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

The minimum criteria for this Account Director opportunity are as follows:
Education and/or experience
- 5+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or client services within an agency or marketing organization, preferably within senior living or 55+ real estate industry.
- Deep understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
- Strong ability to develop and present strategic recommendations to clients.
- Experience managing budgets, project timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM tools, and performance tracking.
- Workamajig or other robust project management software experience required.
