Creating Results, a growing full-service strategic marketing and sales agency serving clients nationwide, is currently seeking a full-time, VP, Account Services to lead our Account Services team.
Creating Results works with clients who serve mature consumers, with a focus in senior living and 55+ real estate.

WHAT YOU WILL MAINLY DO
The VP, Account Services serves as the senior leader of the Account Services team, responsible for driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence across all accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
Client Relationship Leadership & Strategic Oversight (35%)
- Serve as the senior strategic lead across key accounts
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships
- Ensure marketing strategies align with broader client business goals
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address opportunities or risks
- Guide account teams in delivering insight-driven recommendations
Team Leadership & Development (25%)
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Account Services team
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability
- Oversee staffing, capacity planning, and team structure
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and growth-focused culture
Financial Management & Account Performance (20%)
- Own account portfolio performance including revenue, profitability, and efficiency
- Partner with Finance and Operations on forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure accurate billing, scope management, and financial discipline
- Drive performance against agency revenue and margin goals
Organic Growth & New Business Contribution (10%)
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships
- Contribute to new business strategy and support pitches
- Expand service offerings through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Operational Excellence & Campaign Oversight (10%)
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and aligned with strategy
- Improve processes to support efficient and scalable account management
- Maintain strong communication across teams and client stakeholders
SALARY & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Salary Range
Competitive VP-level starting salary range of $95,000-$125,000, dependent on proven experience, plus inclusion in profit-sharing bonus program.
Education and/or Experience
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or agency leadership
- Proven success leading client-facing teams and managing complex accounts
- Strong background in strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and profitability
