After previous successful engagements, Lutheran Haven returned to Creating Results for support during a critical transition. Following a renovation that converted skilled nursing units into assisted living apartments, the nonprofit community faced an urgent need to increase occupancy. Lutheran Haven partnered with Creating Results to quickly generate highly qualified leads, focusing on prospects who were actively considering a move for their loved one, to stabilize assisted living and memory care occupancy.

Creating Results conducted a strategic assessment of Lutheran Haven’s business goals, competitive landscape and existing marketing infrastructure. While a new website was identified as a long-term priority, budget constraints required a focused, short-term solution that could immediately impact occupancy. Together, the teams aligned lead generation as the fastest path to filling assisted living and memory care apartments while laying the groundwork for future digital improvements.

SOLUTION

Paid Search Campaign: To quickly fill the sales pipeline with high-intent prospects, Creating Results created and launched a six-month paid search campaign targeting those actively searching for assisted living and memory care options. The campaign focused on middle and bottom-of-the-funnel keywords to attract prospects ready to move in.

Custom Conversion-Focused Landing Page: Rather than relying on the existing website, Creating Results developed a modern, stand-alone landing page designed specifically for conversions. The page educated prospects and their families, established trust, and guided them toward inquiry—all while supporting immediate lead generation goals.

RESULTS

Over the course of the six-month paid search campaign, Lutheran Haven increased occupancy by 126%, quickly rebuilding its sales pipeline with quality prospects. The campaign was developed and launched in just 30 days, allowing Lutheran Haven to see meaningful results without delay.

While the campaign focused solely on landing page conversions, overall website engagement increased, with new users up 20.9% and returning visitors up 7.4%. Based on these results, Lutheran Haven decided to continue with the strategy and planned on a full website redesign to support long-term growth.
