Sales Center Embodies Future Community Lifestyle to Drive Presales
THE SITUATION
As Phoebe Ministries looked to develop a new senior living community in Emmaus, they turned to us once more to help them develop the community’s brand. As a valued, longstanding partner of Phoebe’s, we worked closely with their team to unveil Chestnut Ridge at Rodale and develop a one-of-a-kind sales center experience for its prospects.
STRATEGY
The first step in planning the Chestnut Ridge at Rodale Sales Center was creating a blueprint to match the goals of each sales appointment while also guiding prospects through various points of interest in the sales space. The repurposed bookstore, included as part of Phoebe’s purchase of the land where the community is to be built, provided the perfect blank canvas on which to accomplish this.
SOLUTIONS
With the strategy in mind, displays were installed throughout the Sales Center to showcase the lifestyle Chestnut Ridge at Rodale will offer. Visitors get to see, feel and hear about the in-home features, customization options, state of the art amenities and more. And an immersive digital touchscreen experience gives them a preview of home renderings, nearby attractions and real-time home availability updates.
RESULTS
Within just 1 year of the Sales Center opening, the Chestnut Ridge at Rodale team has netted 54 deposits, which is more than halfway to their 70% presales goal. The number of tours given increased by 162% immediately following the Sales Center’s opening and deposits received increased by 61% in the 5 months following the grand opening.
