In 2012, PA-based active 55+ community builder, Traditions of America, began to experience stagnating sales and found the process of opening, selling and closing out multiple communities simultaneously was becoming complicated.
STRATEGY
We recommended a more measured, strategic approach before jumping into tactics and put an emphasis on centralized branding to shorten the sales cycle, simplify marketing and improve ROI.
SOLUTIONS
By hitting the “pause button,” we were able to develop the foundational tactics needed to set the stage for success. This included rebranding, developing a marketing plan and creative campaign, redesigning the welcome center and design studio experiences and leveraging events.
RESULTS
Traditions of America’s improved brand experience provided a more solid foundation for the prospect’s purchase journey. Year-over-year, the community saw increases in leads, sales and digital traffic as a result of their investment.
