As Westminster at Lake Ridge planned to expand its community, and with a goal of 97-98% occupancy, its sales and marketing team began to look for ways to build awareness for the community and increase the number of leads.
Our team worked with Westminster at Lake Ridge to reposition and find their niche in a crowded senior living market. The community was positioned as a naturally wooded alternative offering health care and lifestyle choices unlike that of its competitors.
With a new agreed-upon position, the Creating Results team got to work on revamping all of the community’s marketing and advertising materials, including a new stationery package, print ad campaign, website, newsletters and collateral.
The unique creative campaign captured the attention of prospects, as well as influencers in the 50+ marketing space. It earned the Gold Award in the Best of 50+ Housing Awards sponsored by the National Association of Homebuilders.
