Creating Results, a growing full-service strategic marketing and sales agency in Woodbridge, VA, is currently seeking a full-time, Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team. Creating Results works with clients who serve mature consumers, with focus in senior living and 55+ real estate.

Creating Results’ culture is very team-oriented, results-driven, and client-focused. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in creating and managing digital media placements and assisting client teams in their digital marketing efforts.


As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Creating Results, you will be responsible for the research and development of digital ad platform proofs based on creative and copy received in platforms such as, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta/Facebook advertising among others. This role requires a strong understanding of digital media campaign processes, effective communication skills, and the ability to support client teams in their advertising efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:

Digital Marketing:

  • Creating and implementing all digital ad campaigns using approved creative assets in collaboration with the client service team; including but not limited to Google Ads (paid search & display), Microsoft Ads, Programmatic Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads within Marketing Automation DSPs or directly within platforms.
  • Reviewing all digital ads and digital landing pages for quality control and looping in respective team members regarding any inconsistencies.
  • Proactively maintaining positive account status within all digital platforms, including updating ads and targeting methods due to updated/new restrictions per platform.
  • Evaluating performance of digital tactics and implementing regular campaign optimizations in order to meet expected benchmarks and goals.
  • Ensuring all digital media orders are recorded via insertion order and are updated within agency’s project management tool.
  • Preparing monthly reporting data to support analysis of all digital tactics within negotiated timelines, including reviewing and tagging within call tracking platform, client’s CRM lead report export, Google Analytics and marketing automation software.
  • Researching, evaluating and providing best practice guidance for all digital media to team members.
  • Serving as the agency’s subject matter expert for digital media questions and troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable monitoring, tracking and reporting out on all approved client digital ad campaigns, performance and changes.

Client Team Support:

  • Assist client teams in researching and identifying new potential digital media placements.
  • Assisting the team with digital project scheduling and estimating spend projections to meet client needs.
  • Communicate with team members around timelines and required information for execution, as well as ensuring trackability of media efforts.

 Contact Relationship Management:

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with digital media contacts and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and new media opportunities through communication with industry contacts and thought leaders.

The minimum criteria for this Media Specialist opportunity are as follows:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, at minimum Google Ads and Meta.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with digital media research/planning tools and industry trends.
  • Experience with project management software such as Wrike, Asana or Workamajig, preferred.
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment both independently and as a team member
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePoint.
