The International Builders Show (IBS) in Las Vegas, Nevada is a major event for the home building industry. It brings together professionals from all over the world to showcase the latest trends, products, and services for the 55+ housing market. The event provides a platform for builders, architects, designers, and other experts to network and exchange ideas.
This year’s IBS saw a range of new innovations and technologies aimed at addressing the needs and preferences of the 55+ demographic. Products on display included accessible and aging-in-place technologies, such as smart home systems and accessibility devices, as well as new designs and materials for creating stylish and functional living spaces.
In addition to the exhibit hall, the event featured a packed schedule of educational seminars and workshops covering a wide range of topics, including design and construction, marketing and sales, and financial and business management. Creating Results’ Amanda Combs and Jessica Ruhle presented in front of the 55+ Housing Central audience on the consumer behaviors of this demographic and how it impacts both marketing and sales. Attendees walked away with takeaways for their community on how to present marketing and speak to prospects in the way they want to be approached based on the research findings.
IBS was also eventful from the standpoint of the NAHB Nationals award show.
On Tuesday night, Creating Results went in with the opportunity to capture silver in both Best 55+ Print and Integrated Marketing Plan. In the end, we captured both silver AND gold – winning for a direct mail piece created for client Phoebe Ministries for the groundbreaking invitation of Chestnut Ridge at Rodale.
